Flo's Pepper Jelly
Made with Steen's Cane Syrup from Louisiana. It's a perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The crushed red pepper gives it a kick while the green, red, and yellow sweet peppers are a nice balance of sweetness next to heat of the crushed red pepper and jalapenos.
Pepper Jelly is great on biscuits, crab cakes, with pimento cheese, on lamb chops, with herb cream cheese and crackers, goat cheese, ham, and French Bread.
Ingredients: peppers, cane syrup, white vinegar, crushed red pepper, salt.
