Flo's Tomato Jam
Tomato Jam is so very southern. Felicia uses very ripe tomatoes and cooks them down with rice wine vinegar. It's sweetened with cane syrup to give it a thick, rich and caramel like flavor.
Favorite uses for the Tomato Jam are with biscuits, on crepes, or over salmon.
Ingredients: tomatoes, cane syrup, rice wine vinegar, salt, black pepper.
